July 2004

Praise God!! I finally made it to Rio Bravo. My husband Ken, cousin Lady and my self left from Houston, Texas on Wednesday July 1, 2004 at 10:00 p.m.  It was a smooth ride until we got lost in McAllen and kept driving for 2 1/2 hours. We finally realize that we was lost and turned around and finally we made it to the border. I must admit I was nervous when the guard stopped us but after searching our vehicle he gave us the clearance to go. When we made it to the hospital Thursday morning I was very nervous mainly because of each operation I had, my mother has always been there. but due to my other 3 children I decided it would be best for her to stay and keep and eye on them. The nurse and staff was very nice and immediately called Dr. Levi who told me my surgery would be at 11:00 a.m. The nurse came in and put the IV in my arm and I was on my way in the wheel chair. My husband wasn't the type to witness any surgeries or birth but I felt in his heart he was scared, so he got up and put on his scrub and joined me in surgery.

I got a chance to meet Dr. Perez although I think I talk each of them to death. I was so scared I continue to make jokes and would not calm down so they had to keep putting medicine in my IV to calm me down. I even mention to them I needed to hear some R&B music which they put the radio station on just to calm me down. Before the surgery I looked up and I saw the cross that every one else had mention. After the surgery I was nervous wondering how my surgery went. Dr. Levi came in and told me I have 5 cm on both sides of my tubes with 85-90% chance to conceive. I was happy with that. My bill came to be $2210.

I thank GOD for allowing me to read the testimonials and for using Dr. Perez, Dr. Levi and the staff for there gift to women to restore there bodies. Although I was scared - I was at peace and would recommend anyone to trust in GOD and Dr. Perez and the staff for they are definitely working out miracles.
