May 2007

Guess what? I am 6 weeks pregnant. I just found out and I'm very excited to have a successful surgery. I had my TL on Aug. 21, 2004 and my TR on March 4, 2006. I am due Jan. 17, 2008. I will keep you guys posted.

Thank you Dr. Perez and Dr. Levi. God bless you!

August 2006

My husband and I flew to Mexico to have our surgery done on March 4, 2006. I was only a little nervous about leaving the country, but all my anxieties were relieved once we got there.  We took the shuttle with Marcos. Marcos is very cool.  We rode around for a little and my hubby got something to eat (boy was I hungry)!

At the hospital, Dr. Levi welcomed us. In a matter of minutes we were in our room and getting prepped for surgery. The nurses were really pleasant. They couldn't speak English, but they made themselves clear with their gestures.  After about an hour to an hour and half, I was in the OR getting made whole again. Dr. Levi told me that the right tube is 7/8cm and the left 7cm.  Those are pretty good lengths, but one side was cut close to the fimbriated end.  That can cause problems, but we just have to wait and see what God has in store for us.

Dr. Perez and Dr. Levi, thank you for what you have done for me. I feel like a whole new woman. And I am very encouraged by reading the testimonies. So many women have had successful pregnancies. I will update you when it is my time.

Until then, God bless.
