Welcome Blake Matthew

I just wanted to report that March 6, 2008 I gave birth to a healthy baby boy! He weighed 9 lbs 14 oz 21 inches long. I want to thank everyone for everything.  We owe so much to Dr Perez and his team!!   Thank you!!!!

September 2007

My name is Angel Washburn. My dh and I are from Ft Worth. I have three children from a previous marriage. After the birth of my last child I had a tubal ligation, thinking I was finished having children.  Little did I know God had other plans for me.  After a painful divorce, I met a wonderful man with no children of his own. He was great with my children, but really wanted one of his own. At this point in my life I was ready. After much consideration and prayer we decided to seek a tubal reversal. We did a lot of research about tubal reversals. We even had a consultation with an American dr. The surgery cost us 8,000 dollars!! We would have to save longer than we thought.  I work at an all woman's gym where women love to give advice,  and told some members of my dilemma. One suggested this Dr Perez.  She had heard about him through a patient.  So we went online and took a look. We were encouraged by the testimonies and the price was more than reasonable. We were a little nervous about having surgery in another country. But we put it in God's hand as we have with so many things in our lives.   So we set the appointment.

We drove from Ft Worth to McAllen We and met Marcos at the Mac Allen airport; he drove us to the hospital. He was so nice and put us at ease.  He gave us a quick tour of the little town that the hospital is in.  We then went to check in. Check in was quite simple. When we got there, we were blown away at how nice everyone was.  Dr Perez and Dr Levi were both so nice.  My surgery was scheduled for February 25th but I ended up having it February 24th 2006.  The rooms were very clean. My dh was even able to go into to operating room.

The surgery went well and the next day we were on our way back home. Recovery was a little longer than I expected. I was quite sore! I had never had surgery before and was not prepared for how sore I was. I started to feel better about a week and a half later. My dr at home was so pleased with the surgery. He said there was no scar!

About two months after surgery I had the hsg test, to make sure the tubes were clear. Everything looked great!!

We started trying to conceive in May, 2006. In September 2006 I began to feel some discomfort I thought I had a bladder infection. To my surprise I was pregnant. That pregnancy ended with an ectopic.  My second pregnancy ended in December,2006 in a miscarriage. In March 2007, my dr decided to do exploratory surgery. One tube was infected and had to be removed. I was somewhat discouraged. We began trying again in May 2007. June 2007 I had a positive hpt!!! I am now four months pregnant and due March 06, 2008!!!

Everything is going well!!! Thank you so much for making our dreams come true!  Thank you sooo much to Dr Perez and Dr Levi and all his staff. We owe them so much.
