My name is Tamara Hawkins and I am pleased to say I had an excellent experience down in Rio Bravo.

On Thursday March 1, 2007 my husband and I arrived in McAllen at 10:39 pm and Dr. Levi's wife and her mother was there to pick us up. They were very nice!! I felt comfortable instantly. When we got there we were checked in and put in our room.  It is a very clean hospital; small but clean and with lots of friendly people.

At 6:45 Friday March 2, 2007 the nurse started my IV then @ 8am I was wheeled into surgery. After surgery Dr. Levi came in and talked to me about my surgery how well it went and my tube lengths were fabulous 9 cm on each side WooooooooooHoooooooooo!!! He even gave us the falope rings that were on the tubes they were very tiny, but he did say I need more iron in my body so now I'm going to start eating healthy Thank you Dr. Levi. Also, I met Dr. Perez he's a real friendly guy.

I didn't hurt too much though but I am getting rest and taking it easy. The plane ride home was quick both planes arrived earlier than expected time I feel whole again thanks to God firstly, Dr. Perez and Dr. Levi they are the best. I felt very comfortable down there I would advise anyone who's getting a TR to go to Rio Bravo and let Dr. Perez do the surgery. So once again I thank the staff at Hospital de Las Americas.  I also want to thank my loving husband George for all his support and agreeing to go with me to have it done.
