My daughter Abbie was born On dec. 1 08 and now we are expecting our second TR baby a girl due on Jan, 1, 2011

Me and my cousin flew down to McAllen Texas on Feb. 28,08 to have my TR done. My surgery was scheduled for the next day at 6:00 pm. The shuttle picked us up from our hotel around noon on the 29th, we went to the airport and picked up two other ladies who were having there TR. Crossing the boarded I started to get very nervous. Once at the hospital I was surprised on how small it was but it was very clean and the staff was very nice. They said I was being moved up and my TR would be done at 3:00.

The nurse came in and gave me my IV and got me ready and I called my DH to tell him what was going on. I got wheeled down to the room where I meant Dr. Levi, he made me feel so safe and said things would be fine. I am a wuss so I opted for the extra meds so I would be a sleep the whole time. Next I know I was waking up in my room. I was sore but it was not as bad as I thought it would be. The next morning I was allowed to eat and I was hungry. All of us who had our TR's done chatted until we waited for the shuttle to pick us up. That same night me, my cousin and another couple who were there all went out to dinner. I flew home the next day, the plane ride was a little uncomfortable from sitting up so long but it was well worth it.
I am now happy to be almost 30 weeks pregnant and am expecting a little girl Dec. 6, 2008
