February 2008 I had my tubal reversal February 1, 2008. I has been 10 years since I had my tubes tied. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the nurse. She took me to the room and gave a gown to change into. I thought my surgery was not going to be done until Saturday but they told me it would be done that after noon. So that was very exiting for me. We had wanted this for a long time. After getting blood work done Dr. Jose Luis Diaz (brother of Dr. Levi) came in to greet us and ask some questions. He was very nice and helpful. He answered all the questions we had. He also informed me that they would do the surgery that evening at 9pm. They brought my mom dinner and it looked very good- very different to the hospitals here in the US. But it was very nice my mom was very happy with the way they treated. At 9pm I was taken to the operating room where I meet Dr. Perez and the rest of the staff. I was a little nervous about the surgery. Every thing went great after the surgery they took me back to the room and my mom was there waiting for me. I could not believe how great I felt. They gave me something to sleep because I could not sleep I was just so excited. The next morning came they brought me and my mom breakfast it was really good. Then I was able to get up and take a shower. After that Dr. Levi came in told me that everything went great and that I have 4cm on each side. So that made me very happy. He told me to take care of myself and that everything would be good. I want to send a big Thank You to all the doctors and staff.
