We just wanted to thank y'all once again for everything! Our beautiful baby girl has arrived! Kadie Jo Dugan was born Dec. 29, 2009 at 9:34 am she was 7 lbs 4 oz and 19 inches long.

Hi my name is Chrissi Dugan I had my surgery on Jan 30, 2009.  My tubal length were 5 and 6. I had my tubes tied on Feb 8 2008.  We lost our baby and decided we wanted to have them untied! That's when I found Dr. Perez on the internet and decided this was the place for us.

The hospital was small and clean and everyone was help full. Dr. Levi is amazing! He made us fell comfortable and answered all of our questions.

May 5, 2009 I had my first doctors appointment to day and I'm PREGNANT and it made it to the uterus!! Wish me luck!
